WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Chamber of Commerce today announced San Antonio Broker Services, Inc. of North Bergen, NJ as a winner of its annual DREAM BIG Blue Ribbon Small Business Awards®, recognizing 100 companies for their success and their contributions to America’s economic growth and vitality.
Winners were selected from a record number of applicants from communities across the nation. They were judged in four key categories: strategic planning, employee development, customer service, and community involvement.

When the Miqueli family came to the United States in the ’60s fleeing communist Cuba, they faced hardship but also saw opportunity to raise a now successful son with a strong work ethic and a passion for entrepreneurship. As in any Latino family, respect and veneration for his parents played a large role in Michael Miqueli’s life.
The founder and chief executive officer of SA Trucking DBA San Antonio Broker Services, Miqueli decided to name the company after his family’s place of origin, San Antonio, Cuba, as an indelible mark that reminds him where he comes from and how much he has achieved.

Inc. revealed its annual Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America this month, and 143 New Jersey firms earned a place on the list.
They ranged in size from $2 million in revenue to more than $400 million, and some had revenue growth in the quadruple digit percentages.
The No. 1 company on the Inc. 5000 was Ultra Mobile, based in Costa Mesa, California. The virtual network operator had three-year revenue growth of 100,849 percent and 2014 revenue of $118.2 million.

The 132 transportation and logistics companies that made the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest-growing U.S. companies this year prove that size and speed aren’t always twinned.
Three-quarters of the fastest-growing transportation and logistics companies on the list had less than $100 million in revenue in 2013, and 34 percent had less than $10 million in sales.

Inc. has released its 2014 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. New Jersey was well-represented, with 164 companies on the list, ranging from No. 32 all the way to No. 4,982.
That was good for 11th among states in terms of the number of companies that made the rankings.

S.A. Trucking, a full-service trucking and logistics company was recently ranked No. 3506 on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States based on three-year revenue growth.
S.A. Trucking had a three-year-revenue growth of 94 percent, which helped the company make the Inc. 5000.
